The venue opens daily one hour before the first scientific session.
The registration and information desk are located on the second floor of the building. Opposite of the main session room.
Scientific Sessions
The program is available on the meeting website and in the meeting app.
All scientific sessions are conducted in English.
The sessions will not be recorded or live-streamed.
Presenters
Presentations must be uploaded in the Speaker Ready Room at least two hours before the session.
No. All sessions run from the central system to ensure smooth technical operation.
Yes. Technical staff are available in each session room and in the Speaker Ready Room.
Posters
Poster size and format details are provided in the poster guidelines available online.
Yes. Authors are expected to be present during their assigned poster sessions.
All posters will be published at digital poster stations during the meeting and on the official meeting website. There is no dedicated timeslot for you to present your poster.

CME & Certificates
The 27th World Meeting on Sexual Medicine will not be submitted for accreditation.
