Payment of the registration fee can be made using the following methods:
Bank Transfer – Available until February 11, 2026. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to AIM Group International – AIM Italy at wmsm2026.reg@aimgroup.eu.
Until November 17, 2025:
Cancellations will be accepted, and a refund will be issued for all prepaid fees, minus a 15% administrative fee.
After November 17, 2025:
No refunds will be granted for cancellations received beyond this date.
